TERMS AND CONDITIONS
While visiting us at the farm, for your comfort and safety please wear sensible shoes/boots -Preferably wellingtons throughout the winter months, as the wonderful Welsh weather can be somewhat unpredictable. However our meet and greet sessions are all held undercover in a large airy barn when bad weather prevails.

All of our alpacas and llamas are super friendly, funny and playful. They are extremely inquisitive and love to say hello. You experience will firstly begin in our meet and greet area where you will be informed of all health and safety conditions, as you will be entering a farming environment. Here you will enjoy an informative Q + A private session with your guide where you will be able to feed, pet and admire them up close if you wish. (you will be given various options on site). You will be then introduced to all our other wonderful, full of character, super friendly farm animals which include - Pigs, goats, sheep (who basically think they are dogs), ponies, donkeys, ducks, chickens, giant continental rabbits, lots of guinea pigs (who'd love a cwtch please) and Keith the cat.
*Due to our insurance policy terms and conditions all persons under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

*There is a toilet/disabled toilet on site.

*We have various seating areas and a colourful sensory area situated in the barn.

*All children must be supervised at all times, especially if you wish to feed the animals, please listen to your guide on how to feed the animals correctly.

*Sorry no dogs allowed on site. (Only guide dogs)

*Please only feed the animals the food given to you by your guide.

*Refund policy - A full refund will be given for cancellations received within 24 hours prior or please re-schedule at no extra cost.

*By booking and paying for your session you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in this page.

*If you feel unwell, or have any Covid-19 symptoms, please cancel your booking and re-book your session at a later date.

*We have a lovely gift shop with some great alpaca and farm animal merchandise for you to browse at, with all profits going to the animals welfare.
*If you have any left over fruit and veg sitting in your fridge, the animals will happily help you get rid of it - They're favorite treats are carrots, apples and yes, kale and spinach. Thank you so much.
**Please note that a lot of our visitors are supported people, they enjoy the private hour session and do not respond well to strangers, due to this we have a strict policy and ask you politely not enter the farm or barn area until your session begins.
**Please make payment via the website shop by midnight on the day of booking as all unpaid sessions will be automatically cancelled - Thank you for your understanding.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for your support, we look forward to welcoming you through the gate.
